Orders & Shipping


All domestic and international orders are processed for shipment within one to two business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Domestic deliveries will arrive within one to three business days from the date of shipment. International deliveries will take an additional three to seven business days, depending on the courier company.

During sale periods we do our best to deliver all orders within our regular delivery times, but due to the larger volume of orders, some deliveries may take one to two business days longer. You will be informed when the product has been shipped.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address we have on record. Please contact us if you do not receive an email order confirmation. You will also be informed by email of any delays in processing time or delivery.


Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address on record. All shipments are insured for the full value of the purchase.

All deliveries must be signed for.


For both domestic and international shipping from the United Arab Emirates, we use FedEx. All shipments are insured for the full value of purchase.


Živel Jewelry offers free shipping for all domestic orders. Bespoke pieces may be subject to shipping charges. Contact us at info@zivel.ae for more information.

For International Orders: The shipping costs will be calculated according to your country at checkout.

Delivery of the item will vary according to the destination. However, we do strive to deliver the items on time.


All product prices and payments on zivel.ae are in AED currency.

For orders to countries outside of the UAE, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. This means, the buyer would need to cover all duties and taxes and will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. This will be not be added to your purchase in the checkout process. For these countries, we are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information contact your local customs office.


Currently, sales tax will only be added to orders shipped to California. The appropriate amount will be added to the order total at checkout.

Živel will pay for the cost of resending exchanged items, however, the customer is responsible for paying return postage costs and they are not refundable. For international shipments, should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please do not forget to contact your local customs office to obtain your duty tax refund, if any.
