Return Policy

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. In addition, please note the points when returning any item:

  1. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. To start a return, you can contact us at info@zivel.ae. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. For all returns (domestic and international), a restocking fee of 10% and return postage will be subtracted from the refund amount.
  4. It is mandatory for the items to be returned with the tags attached.
  5. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, if accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

DAMAGES / OTHER ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon receipt. If it is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, we request you to contact us on the same day of delivery. Our team will get in touch with to evaluate the issue.


EXCEPTIONS


Certain items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and resized or modified pieces. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Furthermore, we cannot accept returns on all sale items unless they are damaged and/or defective.


EXCHANGES


The best way to exchange an item is to first return the item. Once a return is processed, we can help you make a separate purchase for a new item. Feel free to email us on info@zivel.ae for any queries.
